SALT PRODUCTS

Water softener salt

Modern industrial production and people’s lives demand more and more higher quality of water. The operation of industry boiler needs soft water; power industry require pure water and ultrapure water; peoples’ lives need soft water (90% of people in developed countries use soft water and most economical technology of water treatment is  ion exchange method.)

The fundamental principle of ion exchange method water treatment is: hard water containing calcium and magnesium ion, when passing by natrium resin,  calcium and magnesium ion in water make exchange with natrium ion resin, then reduction and regeneration must be done for such resin which is full of calcium and magnesium ion now, so as to retrieve its exchange function.  The reaction of ion exchange and resin regeneration is reversible. The reduction and regeneration of resin come true through addition of natrium chloride of high purity.

In order to satisfy the needs for salt of high purity used for softening water in the market, we developed a special purpose salt for high-grade water treatment-- Sodium Chloride Troche.

 This special purpose salt is shaped as white troche made from particular processing, excluding additive, with high purity, low impurity component, convenient for usage of water treatment in many industries.

Standard:

The physics and chemistry standard of this product up to International Standard GB5461-2000 – demand for refined salt grade 1.

Artificial Sea Water

Versatile, for use in keeping and culturing coral, sea anemone and different kind of sea fish at aquaria.

Usage
Simply dissolving about 36kg product into 1m3 fresh water (in the proportion of 3.6%)to create instant, clean, artificial sea water that its density is between 1.020g/cm3 and 1.022 g/cm3 , PH is between 7.8 and 8.4. if requiring different salinity, only adjusting the quantity in proportion.

Notice:
1.　　No airing in sea water during dissolution;
2.　　choosing clean underground water source or pretreated tip water to create sea water.
3.　　keeping use in the condition of wet and cake.
4.　　No directly adding the solid product to aquarium that is culturing sea fish.
